Miss Commonwealth International - Home

The prestigious International Voluntary Humanitarian and Environmental Services (IVHES) Awards scheme, now in its 5th Year,
is for the recognition and global promotion of commendable voluntary endeavour.

International Voluntary Endeavour is ardently promoted by the pageant alongside the promotions of cultural awareness, exchange and heritage protection, education, philanthropy, social inclusion, poverty eradication, family values, children's welfare, ladies' sport, environmental protection, animal welfare, tourism, and fundraising for registered humanitarian and environmental charities and projects around the world, in the interest of community and environmental sustainability, in aid of community Quality of Life improvement.

Every year, the international community is invited to nominate anyone, living or late, who, in their opinion,
merits an award for commendable voluntary endeavour.

The top three to four most nominated persons are identified for the awards.
Proud previous winners of the awards include the honourable Dr Nelson Mandela.
