The following information applies only if you are completing this form in the capacity of a Finalist Contestant. If you are not already a Finalist Contestant, please ignore it and send the form now. 

INFORMATION FOR FINALIST CONTESTANTS:

Applicant Fee: If requested, this very small fee must be submitted with this application.

Finalist Registration: If you are selected as a Finalist in the national heats to represent your country in the international grand final contest,  we will use the information provided on this form to register you as a Finalist Contestant.

Finalist Registration Fee: We will send you a Finalist Information Pack. It will include the Grand Final Contest Information and a request to pay the applicable Registration Fee by a given deadline date.  The Fee may  be remitted by cheque to the above address, or paid directly into the bank account shown below. All payments must be have been received, as cleared funds, by the payment deadline date.  If you have a sponsor, you may wish to request a Sponsor Information pack which consists of a Sponsorship Form and information about Benefits for Sponsors, to give to your sponsor. Fully refundable if the event is not proceeded with or the applicant withdraws.
