- Private organisers (National): Reputable and experienced organisers apply to us and are vetted for a one-off or a renewable annual licence to organise a specific national contest for the selection of that nation's 3 candidates for the international grand final contest. The organiser takes full responsibility for every aspect of the organisation of the national contest and adheres strictly to the rules and guidelines laid down by us for the contest. The renewal of a licence is subject to Quality of Performance.
